Any kind of art therapy is a non-medical method of restoration through artistic creativity. Such exercises are useful for people who are faced with serious illnesses that require long and difficult treatment, for example, such as cancer. It is known that art therapy helps to significantly reduce anxiety levels, improve mood, increase self-esteem and just have a good time! That is why the Inna Foundation pays special attention to this type of rehabilitation.
Making a knitted box is a good way to get distracted and have fun working! The Foundation’s wards made Heart boxes out of cardboard, colored threads and regular toothpicks! In fact, this is an interesting activity! Such work requires attention, accuracy, imagination. It develops hidden creativity and aesthetic taste.
First of all, the bottom of the future box is cut out of hard cardboard in the form of a heart. Then holes are made around the entire perimeter of the base of the box into which toothpicks are inserted. After that, the base prepared in this way is neatly braided with colored threads. The box can be decorated with beads or something else. And such a craft will serve as a box in which you can store different things, and just as a decoration!
After work tea drinking and conversation summed up the rgular lesson in art therapy.
