News - Easter Bunnies: a fun art therapy session | Inna Foundation

At the last art therapy session, the Foundation’s wards made Easter baskets. At the following session, which took place in the Foundation’s office under the guidance of Lyudmila Magura, the President of the organisation, it was decided to make Easter hares in addition to the baskets!

Easter hare or rabbit is a symbol of Easter in the culture of some countries of Europe, USA and Canada. In Orthodoxy, this symbol is not so popular, although it has a centuries-old history. There are several versions of why the furry animal became a symbol of Easter. Some of them are connected with ancient pagan traditions. Hares (rabbits) were considered a symbol of fertility and life, as they multiply quickly.

To make bunnies our masters used simple materials – twine, glue, costume jewellery, foam plastic blanks. Creative work gives good mood and self-confidence! And in addition to festive baskets funny symbols of the coming Easter turned out neat and funny!

Easter is coming soon!
