The art therapy classes within the Rehabilitation programme, which are regularly conducted by the staff of the Inna Foundation, have an important therapeutic value. Such activities have a powerful anti-stress effect. In addition, earlier on our website were published the results of a study confirming that drawing restores the work of neurons in the brain.
In the office of the Foundation under the guidance of Lyudmila Magura a scheduled art therapy session was held, where the Foundation’s wards were engaged in colouring pictures. Working with bright colours gives a cheerful mood and relieves stress. Besides, careful and attentive work with drawing accessories (pencils, sharpeners) develop fine motor skills of hands, and it is not less important in the process of recovery after active treatment.
New activities, challenges and, hopefully, successes lie ahead. The Rehabilitation Programme continues to work!
