At the next lesson under the “Rehabilitation” program, the wards of the Foundation were engaged using the “Drawing in a circle” technique. This is a very interesting way of rehabilitation from the point of psychology view!

On a blank sheet of paper, each participant in the art therapy session drew a small drawing on a free topic. After that, the drawings were passed in a circle to other participants in the lesson. And everyone added something to the drawing from themselves, passing it on to the next participant, until all who involved left their mark on the picture. Of course, after the completion of the joint work, there was a discussion of the resulting paintings.

This technique allows you to learn how to quickly navigate and not get lost in different situations, be able to find new ideas and change your behavior. And also be creative when leaving the “comfort zone”. Gives the ability to perceive any problems calmly.

The class was held at the Foundation’s Office under the guidance of Olena Sushinska.
