News - Art therapy. Drawing with crumpled paper | Inna Foundation

Art therapy is especially effective when participants try something new and unusual in their work. At the next session we decided to practice painting… with crumpled paper! Yes, as it turns out, there is such a technique in painting! The main feature of the method – instead of a brush or pencils, the master uses a sheet of paper crumpled into a ball. Then the drawing tool is dipped in paint and poke it on a clean sheet of paper. It turns out very original! So you can draw landscapes, still lifes and even portraits!

This method of drawing develops fine motor skills, imagination. It relieves stress and raises your mood!

Mastering of the new method of drawing by the Foundation’s wards in the framework of the program “Rehabilitation” was held in the office of the organization under the guidance of Lyudmila Magura.

We keep working!
