At the next lesson on art therapy, the wards of the Foundation were offered to work in groups for joint coloring of pictures. It seems to be such a “trifle” occupation. But you need to know that many psychotherapists recommend such rehabilitation treatment even for adults. It is believed that the work on the creation of vivid pictures helps to get rid of everyday fatigue and from serious mental disorders that are common to many people who have undergone cancer treatment. Working in a team on a drawing, each participant in the session moves in a positive way, forgetting at least for a while about their problems. Collective coloring of pictures gives each person involved in the process the opportunity to relax, relieves internal tension, stress, and this is very important!

The wards of the Foundation were divided into two groups, and each group worked on its own thematic picture. The first picture was called “Space Travel”, and the second “Water Park”.

The groups worked with inspiration, each team tried very hard to complete the task. The class time flew by. The main thing is that the set goals were achieved. And the wards of the Foundation received a charge of vivacity and joy!
