Anti-stress pictures – coloring books, usually specially created with a large number of small elements, are used in psychotherapy to solve psychological problems. Working on them helps to shift attention from anxious thoughts and experiences to the creative process. It is good to distract from the negativity of the surrounding reality, personal woes, because coloring an anti-stress picture requires attention and concentration on small details. Thus, isotherapy is indeed a good way to fight depression and stress.

The photo report clearly demonstrates the results of the anti-stress class.

We remind you that isotherapy classes are held every Wednesday at the Foundation’s office. We invite everyone who is undergoing treatment for cancer or is in rehabilitation to attend the anti-stress classes!
