In the office of the Foundation, another session of art therapy was held as part of a rehabilitation project. This time the wards of the Foundation were engaged in isotherapy. As you know, isotherapy is one of the main areas of art therapy. A great advantage of this type of rehabilitation is that during the lesson, completely different means for drawing or painting can be used – pencils, felt-tip pens, any paints or even multi-colored crayons. This type of art therapy is used to relieve stress, calmness, and inner concentration. In addition, a group activity involves active communication. So during this session, the wards could discuss various issues with each other in a friendly atmosphere.
