The ability to work in a team to achieve a common goal is an important human quality! It is cohesion that allowed mankind to survive and become the dominant species of the living world many tens of thousands of years ago. But often after serious illnesses people, being in a stressful state, become unable to work together. And this is a problem while returning to a normal way of life after active treatment.
At the regular session within the framework of the Rehabilitation project, at the office of the Foundation, the organisation’s wards gained skills to work in a team. “Collective drawing” was the theme of the art therapy session. Working together brings the team closer together and teaches them to solve complex problems and make the necessary decisions.
All those present at the class were divided into two groups. Each group was given the task of colouring the painting. Of course, the team members had the right to express their opinion about what colour to paint this or that element of the picture. But the decision was made collectively. And, as we can see from the photo report, the teams coped with the task quite successfully!
The class was held under the guidance of the head of the charity organisation Lyudmila Magura.
The Inna Foundation continues to work!
