News - The project “Yoga with Oksana Romaniuk” continues to work | Inna Foundation

It should be noted that yoga has been practised by mankind for about 5,000 years! That is, practically since the dawn of the civilised world! There are many different styles of yoga practice. Complexes of physical exercises, connected by the system of breathing and thoughts, pursue one goal – to unite the soul, body and mind into one. Yoga has long been used as an important tool against stress. Therefore, classes with Oksana Romanyuk organically fit into the Inna Foundation’s own Rehabilitation project.

The next yoga class was held in the Peremoha City Park. The participants of the class were happy to perform exercises under the guidance of Oksana Romaniuk, a yoga instructor and trainer at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Brovary City Council. Special exercises in the open air give a brilliant result! A good cheerful mood after the workout is the main result of the class!

We invite everyone to join the ancient practice! For more information, please contact 0677889433.
