Ivan Pavlovich was born in the village of Stary Hlybiv, Kozeletsky district, Chernihiv region. He has lived in Brovary since 1969. For a long time he worked as a mechanic at the Brovary Powder Metallurgy Plant.
In 2018, Ivan Pavlovich was diagnosed with bladder cancer. He underwent surgery and several courses of chemotherapy. However, in 2022, during the examination, doctors discovered a new oncological disease – lung cancer!
