Viktor Tsezarevych was born in the village of Tovshcha, Zhytomyr region. He has lived in Brovary since 2004. He works as a boiler equipment operator at the Dynamo Stadium in Kyiv.
In 2023, Viktor Tsezarevych was diagnosed with a dangerous disease – prostate cancer. He was treated at the Kyiv City Oncology Centre. He underwent surgery and radiotherapy. However, now he has health problems again and doctors recommended a CT scan. Given his difficult financial situation, he turned to the Inna Foundation for help.
